How to Use GYEON Q²M Bug & Grime

1. Work on a cool surface
Park the vehicle out of direct sunlight and make sure the panels are cool before application.

2. Spray onto contaminated areas
Apply Q²M Bug & Grime directly to areas affected by insects and road grime. Pay particular attention to the front bumper, grille, headlights, mirrors, windscreen and lower bodywork.

3. Allow the product to work
Give the cleaner a short period to soften and loosen the contamination. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.

4. Rinse thoroughly
Pressure rinse the treated areas thoroughly, working from top to bottom.

5. Continue with your normal wash
Follow with your preferred snow foam or pre-wash if required, then complete a safe contact wash using a quality car shampoo and wash mitt.

6. Stubborn insect remains?
For particularly difficult contamination, a second application may be required. Avoid aggressive scrubbing, which can potentially introduce marks into the paintwork.

Detailing Tip

Don’t wait until insect remains have been baked onto the paint for weeks. During summer, regularly treating the front of the vehicle with Q²M Bug & Grime before washing can make insect removal considerably easier.

It’s also an excellent product to keep ready for long motorway journeys and summer road trips, when the front bumper and mirrors can quickly become covered in insects.
