🚗 Why Choose Koch-Chemie Plast Star Silicone-Free?

Exterior plastic trim is constantly exposed to harsh conditions, including sunlight, rain, road salt, dirt and traffic film.

Over time, these elements can cause black and grey plastic components to become faded, dull and weathered.

Koch-Chemie Pss Plast Star Silicone-Free is specially developed to care for and protect exterior plastic surfaces, helping restore their appearance and maintain a clean, professionally detailed finish.

Unlike conventional silicone-based trim dressings, its silicone-free formulation is particularly useful in professional vehicle preparation and paintwork environments.

Perfect for refreshing the appearance of bumpers, exterior mouldings and other suitable unpainted plastic components.

🧽 How to Apply Koch-Chemie Pss Plast Star

Step 1 – Clean the Plastic

Thoroughly clean exterior plastic surfaces using a suitable automotive plastic cleaner or all-purpose cleaner.

Remove dirt, grease, old dressing residue and contamination.

Step 2 – Dry the Surface

Ensure the plastic is completely dry before applying the product.

Step 3 – Apply the Product

Apply a small amount of Koch-Chemie Pss to a suitable foam or microfibre applicator.

Step 4 – Spread Evenly

Work the product evenly across the exterior plastic trim, ensuring consistent coverage.

Step 5 – Allow to Dry

Allow the product to dry according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 6 – Remove Excess

If necessary, gently wipe away excess product with a clean microfibre cloth.

Professional Detailing Tip: Always clean and dry exterior plastics thoroughly before applying trim protection. Proper preparation helps improve coverage, appearance and durability.

Avoid application to hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. Do not apply to pedals, steering wheels, glass or surfaces where reduced grip could create a hazard.

❄️ Excellent for Winter Exterior Trim Protection

During autumn and winter, exterior plastics are exposed to rain, road spray, salt contamination and changing temperatures.

Regular cleaning and protection can help prevent exterior trim from looking tired and weathered.

Koch-Chemie Pss helps maintain the appearance of plastic components while providing a water-repellent protective finish.

It’s an excellent addition to a complete winter detailing routine alongside quality car shampoo, wheel cleaners and paintwork protection products.
