How to Apply Autobrite Tyre Gloss

Step 1 – Clean the Tyres

Thoroughly clean the tyre sidewalls using a dedicated tyre cleaner and suitable brush to remove dirt, road grime and previous dressing residues.

Step 2 – Dry Completely

Allow the tyres to dry fully before applying Tyre Gloss. Applying dressing to wet rubber can reduce the quality and consistency of the finish.

Step 3 – Apply the Dressing

Spray approximately 2–3 times onto a foam or waffle-style tyre dressing applicator.

Step 4 – Work into the Sidewall

Spread the product evenly around the tyre sidewall, working into raised lettering and textured areas. Avoid applying excessive amounts.

Step 5 – Choose Your Finish

For a natural satin appearance, apply one light, even coat.

For a deeper, high-gloss finish, allow the first coat to dry for approximately 10 minutes before applying a second coat.

Step 6 – Allow to Dry

Allow the dressing to dry before driving. Remove any excess product to help minimise tyre dressing sling onto the vehicle’s bodywork.
