More Than Just a Wheel Cleaner

One of Hjul’s biggest advantages is its versatility.

As well as cleaning wheels, Hjul can be used as a chemical fallout remover on exterior bodywork, helping dissolve iron deposits before further decontamination, polishing or protection.

When using it on paintwork, rinse thoroughly and take particular care around metal trim and sensitive finishes. Never allow Hjul to dry on the surface. 

How to Use Stjärnagloss Hjul

Make sure the wheels are cool before application.

Spray Hjul liberally over the wheel face, spokes and barrels and allow the product to dwell while the colour-change reaction takes place.

For heavily contaminated wheels, gently agitate with a suitable wheel brush where required.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water or a pressure washer.

Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Stjärnagloss also advises particular care with softer refinished or powder-coated wheels, which can be more susceptible to staining than OEM finishes. 

Perfect for Wheel Decontamination

Hjul is particularly useful when normal wheel shampoo isn’t enough.

Brake dust contains ferrous contamination that can become embedded in wheel surfaces. Hjul chemically targets this contamination while simultaneously cleaning ordinary road grime, making it an excellent product for deep wheel cleaning and vehicle decontamination.
